Global Fertility Care, a pioneering fertility clinic in Somalia, recently celebrated the grand opening of its new state-of-the-art facility in the Hodan district of Mogadishu. The event marked the second anniversary of the clinic’s establishment and welcomed the renowned Dr. Filsan Xaaji Abuukar as a new addition to the team of fertility specialists.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Members of Parliament, health ministry officials, doctors, and community members from various backgrounds. The clinic’s director, Abdiweli Abuukar Abdullahi, and Dr. Filsan Xaaji Abuukar highlighted the clinic’s mission to provide exceptional reproductive healthcare services to the Somali community.

Prominent figures, including the Deputy Chairman of the Somali Doctors’ Association, Dr. Asad Hassan Sheikh, and the Director of the National Health Institute, Dr. Hussein Aboubakar Muhdin, commended the clinic’s efforts in addressing a crucial healthcare need in Somalia.
